Shingles
People aged 18 or over.
The most common symptoms of shingles are pain and a rash that forms into blisters that itch. A shingles rash usually appears on one side of the body only.
You may experience the following symptoms before the painful rash actually appears:
- Headache
- Burning, tingling, itchiness or numb skin in the affected area
- High temperature (fever)
- Feeling generally unwell
